What You'll Do
Take ownership of expanding our market reach in the Netherlands by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within mid-market and large organizations. You'll initiate and manage the entire sales process—from first contact to final agreement—focusing on consultative conversations that uncover client challenges and align them with our data intelligence platform.
Use your established connections to engage decision-makers in marketing, sales, and business intelligence functions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, while also identifying partnership opportunities with agencies, resellers, and complementary service providers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. Share insights from the field to help shape product direction and marketing strategy. Represent the company at industry events and contribute to co-marketing initiatives and case study development.
Requirements
You have a proven background in B2B business development or sales, with at least five years of experience targeting mid-size and enterprise clients. Your consultative approach allows you to quickly understand complex business needs and position solutions based on value. You're skilled in negotiation and consistently close deals.
You're self-driven, comfortable working independently, and thrive in performance-based environments. Experience with CRM platforms such as TeamLeader or HubSpot is essential. You pick up technical concepts quickly, especially in AI and data-driven technologies, and can confidently discuss topics like lead generation, data enrichment, and B2B marketing strategies.

Monthly commission payments begin as soon as a client signs. With uncapped earning potential, top performers can significantly surpass the realistic annual range of €50K–€80K. There’s no ceiling—your income grows directly with your results.
