About the Role

Lead end-to-end sales efforts for a rapidly growing financial technology platform serving private banks, asset managers, and family offices. This role is central to expanding market reach and accelerating revenue growth through direct client engagement and strategic alliance development.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting key players in wealth management
  • Guide opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and final contract execution
  • Forge and nurture partnerships that enhance market penetration and generate qualified leads
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and outreach initiatives
  • Lead responses to RFI/RFP processes and craft compelling proposals
  • Collaborate on go-to-market planning and identify untapped markets for expansion

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years in B2B software sales, with preference for experience in WealthTech or FinTech
  • Proven success in managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and close high-value deals
  • Strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior executives
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on measurable outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable operating in a team-oriented, global setting
