What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new revenue streams by uncovering market potential in retail, e-commerce, and brand partnerships. Build and manage client relationships from initial contact through long-term collaboration, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead responses to RFPs, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and guide deals to successful closure.
Work hand-in-hand with leadership and operations teams to ensure commercial strategies are grounded in operational capacity. Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events—handling logistics, materials, and on-site engagement. Support pipeline growth by converting inbound interest into active clients through consultative outreach and timely follow-up.
Take ownership of new commercial initiatives, moving them from concept to execution. Travel regularly to meet prospective clients and strengthen relationships. Monitor and report on sales performance while maintaining deep product knowledge and staying current on industry developments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive—able to initiate action, solve problems independently, and bring others along
- Minimum of three years in sales or marketing with proven success in expanding client relationships
- Experience using CRM or sales platforms such as HubSpot or NetSuite
- Background in retail, e-commerce, brand management, or manufacturing
- Strong ability to connect client challenges with effective solutions
- Comfortable presenting to and working with senior-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a track record of proposing and delivering on new ideas
- Authentic interest in sustainability, circular economy models, and product lifecycle innovation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel internationally for at least two weeks to onboard in Arnhem, Netherlands, with potential for additional travel

Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Arnhem, Netherlands. Candidates must be able to travel to Arnhem for a minimum of two weeks to complete onboarding, with potential for additional travel as needed.
