What You'll Do
Shape and implement the long-term commercial direction for the solid tumors franchise in Türkiye, aligning with global objectives while addressing local market dynamics. You will oversee the development and delivery of sales forecasts, profit targets, and P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth and financial accountability.
Lead the planning and rollout of new oncology product launches, guiding market preparation, channel strategy, and marketing approaches to maximize early adoption. Build and sustain relationships with key external stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, policymakers, and patient advocacy groups, ensuring clear communication of product value and patient outcomes.
Foster strong internal collaboration across business units and functions to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment. Champion a culture of compliance, ethical conduct, and patient-centric ambition, ensuring all team activities adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–8 years of professional experience in sales or marketing within oncology, with a focus on solid tumors
- Proven leadership background, including at least 4–5 years in roles such as Marketing Manager or Business Unit Manager
- Demonstrated success managing oncology product launches
- Track record of delivering results in complex, regulated environments within multinational pharmaceutical companies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics platforms

- Master’s degree or MBA
- Experience in product lifecycle management and market access strategies
