Lead and transform a growing sales engine for a forward-thinking talent organization. As Vice President of Sales, you’ll own the full lifecycle of client acquisition—from initial outreach to final close—while shaping the strategy and structure behind scalable, repeatable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive net-new client acquisition by refining messaging, qualification, and sales processes
- Directly close high-value deals while improving overall funnel conversion
- Build, train, and lead a team of SDRs and AEs with a focus on development and performance
- Implement data-backed improvements to workflows, playbooks, and pipeline management
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and team enablement activities
- Ensure CRM accuracy and lead reliable reporting for forecasting and strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and client success to align efforts and streamline onboarding
- Design and test new inbound and outbound initiatives to expand reach and efficiency
- Deliver a premium client experience through disciplined execution and strategic positioning
Who You Are
You have deep experience in sales leadership with a track record of scaling teams and improving performance. You’re equally comfortable in the details of pipeline analytics and leading frontline reps. You thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership, experimentation, and accountability drive results.
- Proven success building and managing high-output sales teams (SDRs and AEs)
- Strong background in sales process optimization using data and testing
- Skilled in coaching, training, and developing early-career talent into closers
- Experienced in CRM management, forecasting, and revenue reporting
- Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and client success
