Lead the commercial direction for a growing SaaS organization across EMEA with a focus on the Retail industry. As VP Sales & Key Accounts, you will own the end-to-end revenue engine—designing strategy, scaling execution, and building long-term value across a portfolio of enterprise customers and strategic markets.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that drives predictable, sustainable growth across direct, channel, and key account channels.
- Shape go-to-market plans aligned with market dynamics, customer segments, and global business priorities.
- Lead acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts by deepening executive relationships and delivering customer-centric commercial outcomes.
- Set performance frameworks including quotas, territory design, and incentive plans, adjusting based on pipeline health and market feedback.
- Drive alignment across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to renewal.
- Represent the organization at industry events and strategic forums to strengthen market presence and generate qualified opportunities.
- Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into actionable input for product and messaging strategy.
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and operational rigor across CRM, pipeline governance, and KPI tracking systems.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team across new business and account management functions.
- Act as a bridge between regional operations and global leadership, balancing local agility with strategic cohesion.
Who You Are
You bring 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a proven ability to scale commercial teams across diverse European markets. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and have a track record of delivering against ambitious growth targets.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—comfortable in boardrooms with C-level stakeholders and in the field guiding frontline teams. You value data-driven decision-making, operational discipline, and a culture of transparency and collaboration.
