Lead and scale the engine behind client success as the Director of Client Growth, shaping how clients experience value long after the sale. You'll build and manage a dedicated Client Growth team, defining structure, hiring top talent, and ensuring performance accountability across all client-facing advisors.
Client Journey & Retention Leadership
Design and own the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansion—ensuring every stage has clear ownership and next steps. Your systems will drive consistent engagement, reduce churn, and increase net revenue retention by embedding proactive workflows and data-driven insights into daily operations.
Operational Excellence in CRM & Workflow Design
As the business owner of HubSpot, you’ll architect automation logic, design client health reporting, and implement scalable processes that blend human-led support with system-driven efficiency. You’ll define a tiered service model that aligns client needs with appropriate touchpoints, ensuring resources are optimized and impact is measurable.
Team Development & Execution Accountability
You’ll coach and develop a growing team, instilling discipline in execution and adherence to structured escalation paths. Your leadership will ensure consistent adoption of workflows and accountability for outcomes, with a focus on retention metrics like NRR, renewal rates, and expansion revenue.
Qualifications & Expectations
- 7+ years in client success or account management, including 3+ years in a leadership role at the director level
- Proven experience scaling teams of 5+ client-facing professionals with clear performance ownership
- Direct track record improving retention and expansion KPIs in revenue-generating roles
- Hands-on experience building CRM systems in HubSpot—workflows, automation, reporting
- History of designing lifecycle programs that improve client outcomes
- Strong operator mindset: builds systems, drives adoption, enforces standards
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Las Vegas, NV, with core hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. Flexibility is required to support key workshops, events, or urgent client needs outside standard hours. The role does not support remote work.
