Lead and shape the future of sales development by managing a team of 8–10 SDRs in Pakistan. You’ll build a high-performing team focused on generating new pipeline, improving conversion rates, and delivering a seamless experience for prospective customers.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and develop a growing team of SDRs, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and skill advancement.
- Drive performance by setting clear goals, analyzing metrics, and refining daily processes to boost productivity.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and other departments to ensure smooth transitions and consistent customer engagement.
- Support hiring initiatives and contribute to building a strong, sustainable SDR organization.
- Use CRM and sales engagement platforms to monitor progress, identify trends, and guide strategic improvements.
- Champion process enhancements that deliver measurable results across team and individual performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years in sales leadership, ideally managing SDR or BDR teams within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams to exceed pipeline targets and develop talent for long-term success.
- Experience working with US-based or global teams in a distributed setup.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in CRM systems and sales technology stacks.
- A track record of improving sales processes and delivering cross-functional alignment.
- Prior experience launching or scaling new teams is a strong advantage.
