Key Responsibilities
- Direct and expand professional services operations across LATAM, aligning regional execution with global objectives
- Develop and implement revenue strategies tailored to local market dynamics
- Establish and manage partnerships with legal firms, insurers, regulators, and policy organizations influencing cybersecurity adoption
- Design and launch service offerings that meet the unique needs of Latin American clients
- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering incident response, consulting, and technology implementation
- Oversee partner-led service delivery and ensure quality, consistency, and client satisfaction
- Represent the organization through public speaking, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Build a culture focused on excellence, continuous learning, and team development
- Develop business cases to support regional investment and operational expansion
- Monitor service delivery performance and drive improvements in quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading professional services teams with a focus on revenue growth in LATAM markets
- Track record managing technical delivery across incident response, consulting, or implementation projects
- Experience scaling teams across multiple countries in the region
- Deep understanding of Latin American business practices and regulatory environments
- Strong history of building strategic relationships with external stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute compelling business cases for expansion
- Public speaking and industry engagement experience
- Strong financial acumen and business management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
