Drive sales growth as the Director of Jet Card Sales, focusing on acquiring new Jet Card Members and ensuring the renewal of existing agreements. You'll manage the entire sales journey—from identifying prospects to closing contracts and onboarding clients—while maintaining strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas for new Jet Card memberships
- Lead the renewal process for current members, ensuring high retention rates
- Develop proposals, deliver live presentations, and negotiate contract terms effectively
- Generate outbound leads and respond quickly to inbound inquiries using phone, email, text, and video outreach
- Collaborate with a dedicated Private Aviation Advisor to schedule qualified meetings and optimize outreach
- Engage with local business communities through third-party events and company-hosted gatherings
- Represent the organization at networking and industry events to build brand visibility
- Use CRM systems to track interactions, maintain accurate records, and analyze pipeline performance
- Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep knowledge of aviation services, aircraft capabilities, and competitive offerings
- Partner closely with Client Services to advocate for customer needs and ensure seamless experiences
- Build strategic referral relationships with local partners to expand reach
- Occasionally join flights to meet members and prospects in person
- Embody core company values in every interaction, fostering a culture of excellence and service
Qualifications
Successful candidates will bring 3–5 years of experience in high-value, executive-level sales with a proven ability to close complex deals. You must demonstrate persistence, strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-moving environment. Experience negotiating and finalizing contracts is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is required. Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills are critical for success in this role. A bachelor’s degree or background in aviation or luxury brands is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This is a remote position within the US, operating under a hybrid model. Expect to spend 3–4 days per week at a local base and 1–2 days working remotely, based on team and business needs. Reliable attendance and self-direction are key to success.
Compensation & Benefits
You’ll receive a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The company offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
