What You'll Do
Shape and execute the regional strategy for sales, marketing, and business development across Europe, with a focus on expanding market share in food ingredients. You will design and implement targeted plans to meet aggressive growth goals, overseeing both direct sales efforts and distributor networks.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with market demands and corporate objectives. You will act as the primary commercial representative in Europe, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers including executives, directors, and business owners.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in the food ingredients or food manufacturing sector
- Proven background in selling colours, flavours, extracts, or dried fruits and vegetables
- Degree in a science-related field, food technology, or ingredients; advanced education preferred
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Track record of closing complex deals and maintaining long-term client satisfaction at senior levels
- Self-driven professional capable of independent action in a fast-moving environment
- Strong alignment with customer-centric values and organizational culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Fluency in Italian
- Additional proficiency in other European languages
