What You'll Do
Shape the expansion strategy for FASTSHIP’s retail locations in high-activity zones across Thailand, including Pratunam, Ratchada, Chiangmai, and Chatuchak. Design and implement tailored growth plans that increase market presence and revenue in each region.
Identify and engage professional sellers and export-focused businesses near existing branches, converting them into active users of FASTSHIP’s services. Drive customer acquisition with a focus on high-volume trade partners.
Set clear sales targets for each location and track performance against KPIs. Work closely with branch managers to ensure consistent progress toward revenue goals and operational excellence.
Partner with marketing and customer relationship teams to roll out hyper-local campaigns that draw nearby merchants into FASTSHIP outlets. Use insights from local market behavior to refine outreach and service offerings.
Coach and develop multi-site teams, shifting their focus from transactional service delivery to proactive business development. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor competitor activity and evolving trends among sellers in major trading districts. Use real-time intelligence to recommend adjustments in service design, pricing, or customer engagement.
Refine and enforce standard operating procedures across all locations to ensure fast, reliable export processing while upholding brand consistency and customer trust.
