Regional Channel Account Manager – UK & Ireland
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and expansion of our channel partner ecosystem across the UK and Ireland. You'll identify, recruit, and manage specialized partners who align with our core technology areas, ensuring strong alignment with business goals and market demand.
Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, working closely with partners to define growth initiatives, generate leads, and expand account coverage. You'll create formal annual business plans that include executive engagement, shared offerings, training, and demand generation activities.
Manage the regional sales pipeline, forecast performance, and ensure compliance with partner program requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for partner leads, guiding them through the sales cycle and coordinating with regional sales teams to close deals.
Build strong relationships with partner executives and internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, and technical teams. You'll facilitate executive interlock sessions to align strategic priorities and foster long-term collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in channel or alliance management within the software industry
- Proven success selling into strategic accounts and managing partner ecosystems
- Deep understanding of Data & AI, Identity, and Security solutions, with the ability to communicate value clearly
- Experience building and executing partner GTM strategies with major market players
- Strong business planning skills, including enablement, training, and account alignment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Fluency in English; willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Background
- Existing relationships with key partner executives in relevant technology areas
- MBA or EMBA degree
