Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of six, fostering accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

- Ensure disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting through regular pipeline reviews
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and target high-potential segments
- Drive hiring and onboarding processes to strengthen team capacity and capability

Qualifications and Experience
