Bolder Apps is hiring a Sales Manager (Staff Augmentation)

You will lead the expansion of US sales operations for a growing mobile app development services company. This role is central to shaping and executing a scalable sales strategy that delivers consistent, measurable revenue growth. You'll build and mentor a team of sales professionals while actively participating in high-value deal cycles from start to close.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a results-driven sales strategy aligned with aggressive revenue targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives and SDRs to maximize performance
  • Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal and contract finalization
  • Establish clear KPIs, monitor team metrics, and deliver reliable revenue forecasts
  • Directly engage in complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations to close strategic deals
  • Identify and prioritize high-opportunity market segments within the US
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to refine lead generation and with delivery teams to ensure technical accuracy in proposals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years focused on custom software development, staff augmentation, or agency services
  • Proven experience building and managing sales teams in a software services setting
  • Track record of scaling revenue—ideally growing annual revenue from $3M to over $10M
  • Strong grasp of mobile app development trends, technologies, and project workflows
  • Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
  • Experience managing sales cycles of 3–6 months with multiple decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to build, track, and forecast pipeline performance
  • Must be based in the US
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
