As the Market Development Manager for Nevada, you will shape the growth and performance of a regional sales team focused on expanding automotive lending partnerships. Your leadership will directly influence market penetration, team productivity, and long-term dealer relationships across the territory.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a strategic plan to grow presence in key sub-markets by identifying high-potential dealerships and building scalable partnership channels.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Dealership Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and client-first service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier dealership partners, delivering consultative support and ensuring strong, lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate best practices in the field by modeling effective sales behaviors and ensuring team adherence to performance targets.
- Translate real-time market intelligence into actionable insights for leadership, influencing product positioning and regional strategy.
- Partner with underwriting, credit, and internal sales teams to maintain a seamless and consistent experience for dealership partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in automotive lending, F&I, indirect sales, or dealer partnership roles.
- At least 2 years of experience developing or managing a field sales team, whether formally or informally.
- Proven success in expanding market reach and increasing contract production in a competitive environment.
- Established relationships with dealerships and credibility in the Nevada automotive market.
- Field-based leadership approach—you lead by example, on the ground, not from an office.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset in every interaction.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to interpret sales data, spot trends, and turn insights into tactical actions.
- Willingness to maintain a six-day work week and conduct frequent in-person visits across the region.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; regular regional travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
