Lucra Sports is hiring a VP of Growth/Marketing to lead our marketing team and strategic vision. You will be responsible for helping the company effectively go to market with B2B partners and deliver compelling gamified experiences for their customers in hospitality, entertainment, fitness, and golf.
What You'll Do
- Build and run end-to-end go-to-market playbooks with B2B partners to ensure venues and apps launch quickly and sustainably.
- Own enablement, co-marketing, on-premise assets, and digital activation funnels from pre-launch through scale.
- Architect user acquisition and activation across on-site signage, kiosks, QR codes, staff prompts, and owned digital channels.
- Optimize the funnel from awareness to contest creation and repeat engagement.
- Instrument KPIs such as contest conversion, retention, ARPU, and CAC/LTV, driving continuous improvement.
- Design engagement loops, progression systems, loyalty hooks, and incentives that turn venue moments into ongoing digital competitions.
- Own CRM, lifecycle marketing, referral, and milestone mechanics tailored to each partner brand.
- Define positioning, messaging, and proof points for Lucra's SDK/API and kiosk experiences.
- Turn live programs into sharp case studies and ROI stories for sales, renewals, and fundraising.
- Equip partner teams with plug-and-play marketing assets that can ship in days.
- Stand up an always-on testing bench with rigorous A/B testing, in-venue pilots, and lightweight user research.
- Implement clean attribution across kiosks, QR codes, staff prompts, and digital touchpoints.
- Build partner dashboards and lead weekly growth reviews.
- Tie every program directly to revenue, avoiding vanity metrics.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to build, instrument, and ship the growth roadmap.
- Translate market signals into product requirements and launch calendars.
- Hire and lead a high-performing growth organization spanning lifecycle, paid, partner marketing, product marketing, and design.
- Represent growth strategy and outcomes to the executive team and board.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of marketing leadership experience.
- 3+ years in a C-suite or Head of Position role.
- Proven experience launching great consumer experiences or B2B software—mobile-first, real-time, social, or gaming platforms.
- Strong omnichannel understanding and ability to contribute to discussions on architecture, scalability, and data.
- Experience working with both D2C and B2B(2C) products.
- Experience in end-to-end sales cycles and go-to-market launches.
- Deep fluency in user data, behavioral analytics, and A/B testing.
- A keen eye for design and experience ideating and deploying great product and marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to rally teams and inspire execution.

- A builder's mindset with experience taking physical-meets-digital products from 0→1→N.
- Fluency in game-mechanic growth: understanding competition psychology, streaks, challenges, rewards, and social proof to drive revenue.
- Consumer and operator empathy: ability to understand guests in a venue, managers on shift, and mobile users.
- Strategic yet metric-native: able to tell a compelling story while anchoring it to KPIs like contest conversion, retention, ARPU, CAC payback, and NRR.
