Watershed seeks a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise to partner with our largest customers, transforming their sustainability data into strategic business intelligence to drive decarbonization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, growth, and measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Own success for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, growth, and impact.
- Build trust with key stakeholders and executives at companies with 2,000 - 10,000 employees.
- Onboard customers onto the Watershed dashboard and equip them to gather comprehensive carbon footprint information.
- Help customers set and achieve their climate plans using our product.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to maximize value and retention.
- Help customers understand and use Watershed’s carbon marketplace to integrate carbon removal.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Customer Success Manager experience in a SaaS organization.
- Proven success building relationships with enterprise customers at an executive level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working on customer-facing work at the enterprise level.
- Commercially fluent, partnering with Sales on renewals and growth.
- Highly organized, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts while driving outcomes.
- Curious and adaptable, eager to make sustainability data the next frontier of business intelligence.
- Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles).
