Bounteous is looking for a VP, Business Development (Diversified) to spearhead our growth initiatives across multiple markets. You will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships, driving new revenue, and expanding our business footprint.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy targeting diversified sectors
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership and revenue opportunities
- Lead negotiations and close high-value, complex deals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align growth initiatives with company capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- A consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing major deals
- Exceptional ability to build rapport and negotiate with senior-level executives
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
