Role Overview
This position is ideal for driven college graduates looking to begin a long-term career in sales. As a Territory Manager, you'll focus on acquiring new business in the Scranton area through direct, face-to-face engagement. The role includes comprehensive training and a clear progression path into sales leadership, supported by a structured development program and ongoing field coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential new clients through proactive outreach
- Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations
- Make cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new opportunities
- Develop and refine strategies for lead generation
- Use CRM software to log interactions and manage the sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and support onboarding
- Maintain relationships with existing clients post-sale

Preferred Background

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commission earnings. Additional financial support includes a $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for fuel expenses. The company contributes 15% of eligible compensation annually to a profit-sharing plan.

Training & Development
New hires receive three weeks of corporate training led by senior leadership in Little Rock, AR. This is followed by a three-month field training program with direct mentorship from upper management. Ongoing development is embedded in the role to support long-term growth.
Work Environment
This is a local, field-based position centered in Scranton. The role requires regular travel within the territory using a personal vehicle, supported by monthly allowances and gas reimbursement.
