Lead the expansion of genomics solutions across Korea by managing key customer accounts and advancing sales of next-generation sequencing technologies. This role centers on developing lasting relationships with scientific and commercial clients, understanding their research and operational needs, and aligning product offerings to deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of named accounts, driving both new and repeat sales through consultative engagement
- Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations, with a focus on NGS platforms and applications
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on product use and support
- Identify and onboard strategic partners to broaden market reach and integration
- Track customer interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools to inform planning and forecasting
- Develop lead generation strategies and refine them based on market feedback and performance
- Stay current on product updates and communicate new capabilities to customers effectively
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in technical sales or account management within life sciences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential. Familiarity with genomics, especially next-generation sequencing workflows and applications, is highly preferred.
