About the Role
The role involves identifying, negotiating with, and contracting hotels across Thailand to feature exclusive travel deals. The candidate will work closely with regional teams to ensure competitive offerings and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential hotel partners throughout Thailand
- Conduct market research to assess accommodation trends and pricing
- Negotiate contracts with hotels to secure favorable terms
- Evaluate property quality to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management
- Coordinate with internal teams to launch new travel packages
- Monitor contract performance and renewal timelines
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations on both sides
- Present partnership opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Gather and analyze competitor offerings in the region
- Support marketing efforts with accurate property information
- Respond to supplier inquiries in a timely manner
- Travel frequently within Thailand to visit properties
- Report on partnership performance and market developments
- Contribute to strategy for expanding accommodation inventory
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in online travel platforms
- Existing network within Thailand’s hospitality industry
