Visa is looking for a Visa Leadership Associate Graduate Programme participant to join a two-year rotational programme designed for high-potential early career talent. This programme provides a unique development experience to build broad capabilities and pursue a career at Visa.
What You'll Do
- Complete four six-month distinct rotational assignments across the breadth of the business over the two-year programme.
- Hone your business acumen while making a direct impact on Visa’s operations.
- Choose rotations and projects aligned with your career goals and key growth areas.
What We're Looking For
- Current university student graduating in the summer of 2026.
- Permanent legal authorisation to work in Poland.
- All academic degrees are welcome to apply.
- Oral and written fluency in Polish is required.
- A high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
