Hunt St is seeking a Virtual Assistant / Digital Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced PR agency. You will play a key role managing administrative tasks and coordinating marketing activities for a variety of clients.
What You'll Do
- Assist in setting up new clients on Monday.com and handle administrative tasks.
- Help create new business proposals using Canva.
- Research and build influencer lists for campaigns.
- Assist with outreach to influencers, develop content briefs, draft agreements, and collate coverage.
- Assist with iSentia reporting to track and analyze media coverage and metrics.
- Assist with social media management and coordination across platforms.
- Utilize scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Loomly to manage social media schedules and content calendars.
- Provide general admin support, including maintaining project timelines, WIPs, and client communication.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, digital marketing coordination, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and ad creation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Canva and Monday.com or willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A passion for creativity, marketing, and PR.
Nice to Have
- Experience with iSentia is a plus.
- Previous PR or marketing experience is beneficial.
