About the Role

The engineer will install, maintain, and repair systems, respond to service requests, diagnose malfunctions, and ensure equipment functions efficiently and safely in compliance with technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure equipment at customer locations
  • Perform routine maintenance on technical systems
  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures
  • Repair or replace defective components
  • Document service activities and outcomes
  • Follow safety protocols during field operations
  • Calibrate instruments according to specifications
  • Support remote troubleshooting efforts
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Provide on-site technical support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines
  • Monitor system performance post-repair
  • Train customers on proper equipment use
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Adhere to scheduled maintenance plans
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify problems
  • Work independently in the field
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies
  • Follow up on unresolved service concerns
  • Ensure parts availability for repairs
  • Communicate technical details clearly
  • Minimize equipment downtime
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
