Oversee audience measurement across broadcast and digital platforms, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to support sales and marketing strategies. This role is central to interpreting audience trends and delivering clear, actionable insights to key departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage research data from Comscore, Ad Impact, Marshall Marketing, Wide Orbit Media Sales, and Adobe Analytics to support station performance
- Prepare and distribute monthly ratings reports, including trend analysis, performance summaries, and campaign evaluations
- Create presentations that highlight platform strengths and support client discussions
- Input audience metrics into WOMS for local and syndicated programming
- Support sales teams with positioning materials, inventory reports, and proof-of-performance documentation
- Collaborate with digital ad operations to monitor and optimize local campaign performance
- Present findings to internal teams and client-facing groups, including sales leadership and station management
- Deliver timely analysis following new data releases and support special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, English, or Statistics. Minimum of 2–3 years in media research with hands-on experience in audience analytics tools.
- Proficient in Comscore, Adobe Analytics, Wide Orbit, and Ad Impact
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled in organizing complex data and communicating findings clearly in writing and presentations
- Experienced in linear and digital media campaign analysis
- Capable of working under deadlines and contributing in high-pressure, collaborative environments
- Comfortable presenting alongside sales executives and leadership in client and internal meetings
Work Environment
This is an onsite role requiring presence at either the Wilkes-Barre or Harrisburg location five days per week. Remote work is not permitted.
