Pearl Talent is seeking an Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations across finance, people, and systems. In this key role, you’ll ensure financial accuracy, support operational workflow improvements, and safeguard daily business continuity for our fast-growing team.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts across banks, payment platforms, and credit cards.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track receivables, and process payments for vendors, contractors, and talent.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for leadership visibility.
- Manage compliance documents and ensure accuracy for audits, filings, and international transactions.
- Track bonus requests, payroll timelines, and financial SOPs to ensure consistency across teams.
- Own operational SOPs for hardware requests, VPN setups, softphones, and other backend tools.
- Manage data continuity plans to safeguard daily operations.
- Support leadership with backend process alignment, ensuring projects move forward on schedule.
- Maintain organized records and templates for HR, hiring, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth systems integration.
- Identify gaps or bottlenecks in financial and backend workflows and implement solutions.
- Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting structures for consistency.

Technical Stack
- Finance & Accounting: QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Bill.com, Payoneer, Wise.
- Payroll & Compliance: Remote, Deel, Gusto, ADP, or other EOR/payroll platforms.
- Communication & Documentation: Slack, Google Workspace.
- Project & Workflow Management: ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, Hubspot.
- Backend & IT Setup: VPNs, softphones, password managers.
