Join a growing remote team supporting U.S. property management operations. We're seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish to provide comprehensive virtual support for residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property administration who thrives in a structured, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms in both English and Spanish
- Address tenant questions about rent, lease terms, maintenance, and move-in/move-out procedures
- Coordinate property viewings, lease renewals, and onboarding for new residents
- Log and track maintenance requests, assign tasks to vendors, and verify resolution
- Ensure timely follow-up on work orders and confirm tenant satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in property management software including AppFolio, Buildium, or Propertyware
- Generate reports, update tenant files, and assist with billing and payment processing
- Support property managers with calendar coordination, email organization, and document preparation
- Monitor accounts for overdue balances and issue payment reminders in compliance with policies
- Process rent payments and reconcile records within the system
What You Bring
- At least two years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Current residence in the Philippines or Latin America
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
- Familiarity with U.S. property management practices is a plus
Tools You’ll Use
AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Propertyware, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
