Online Education Services (OES) is looking for an Online Learning Advisor specializing in Early Childhood Education. In this role, you will be a key facilitator for students enrolled in Swinburne Online programs, focusing on delivering academic content, guiding learning activities, and assessing student work to ensure their success in an online learning environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by partner academics and the learning design team.
- Facilitate learning activities that engage and support student learning.
- Undertake assessment tasks including moderation, marking, and feedback.
- Process and submit results according to set timelines.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Motivated by student success and passionate about online learning.
- Passionate and clear communicator.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence.
- Proactive and organised.
- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
Nice to Have
- Masters of Education (Early Childhood) is preferred.
- Experience in mentoring and placements is desired.
