BizForce is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team in a permanent work-from-home role. You will be a key player supporting Neurology and Allergy practices by ensuring patient insurance details are verified and accurate for smooth billing and claims processing.
What You'll Do
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits for Neurology and Allergy services.
- Accurately enter and update insurance information in NextGen EMR.
- Communicate with insurance companies to confirm benefits and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with providers, billing, and front-office staff to ensure claims accuracy.
- Assist in resolving prior authorization and referral requirements.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in insurance verification.
- Proficiency in NextGen software required.
- Strong understanding of healthcare insurance plans, coverage, and policies.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

- Background in Neurology and Allergy specialties preferred.
