We're seeking a dedicated Overnight Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide responsive, solutions-driven support to customers through phone, email, chat, and social media. In this remote role, you'll play a key part in resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and helping meet sales targets—all from a professional home office setup.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer questions and issues using phone, email, chat, or social platforms
- Work to resolve concerns calmly and effectively, escalating when appropriate
- Process requests for assistance, including payment-related actions
- Document interactions thoroughly for reporting and compliance
- Share insights from customer conversations to help improve service
- Meet established performance and sales goals
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Proficiency with Windows-based computers and standard desktop applications
- Reliable, high-speed internet: 15+ Mbps download, 5+ Mbps upload, under 50ms ping
- Internet service must not rely on satellite, mobile hotspots, or VPNs
- Proof of internet speed will be required
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Must be 18 years or older
