As an Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll guide individuals through selecting personalized auto and home coverage using real-time inquiries from a mobile and web platform. With no outbound prospecting, your focus stays on meaningful conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries about insurance options, coverage terms, and pricing details
- Explain policy features clearly and help clients understand their choices
- Generate and finalize quotes with carrier partners, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Address concerns and guide customers through decision-making with empathy and clarity
- Deliver consistent, energetic service that reflects a genuine commitment to client needs

What We Offer
- Hourly pay of $19.00–$21.00, plus uncapped commissions (target annual earnings: $100,000–$150,000+)
