Key Responsibilities
- Respond to VIP inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
- Process bonuses, withdrawals, and payments in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Build lasting relationships through personalized communication and tailored reward offerings
- Monitor competitive landscape trends to inform retention strategies
- Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to identify priority players and service needs
- Support VIP events as required, including travel when necessary

Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous sales experience is required, along with comfort in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You must be eligible for applicable gaming licenses and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
