About the Role

As an Account Executive for the Mid Market in North America, you’ll play a central role in expanding our footprint by identifying high-potential prospects and turning them into long-term clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide prospects through decision-making
  • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Track performance metrics and align monthly goals with your manager using OKRs
  • Onboard new clients in partnership with customer success to ensure strong adoption
  • Test and scale new outbound channels to optimize pipeline growth
  • Maintain deep expertise in the product and competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in tech, with a history of exceeding targets
  • Strong command of Salesforce CRM and data-driven sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, autonomous environments
  • Self-motivated with a track record of initiating action without oversight
  • An interest in AI and emerging technology is a plus
