As an Account Executive for the Mid Market in North America, you’ll play a central role in expanding our footprint by identifying high-potential prospects and turning them into long-term clients.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide prospects through decision-making
- Collaborate with SDRs and marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Track performance metrics and align monthly goals with your manager using OKRs
- Onboard new clients in partnership with customer success to ensure strong adoption
- Test and scale new outbound channels to optimize pipeline growth
- Maintain deep expertise in the product and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in tech, with a history of exceeding targets
- Strong command of Salesforce CRM and data-driven sales processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, autonomous environments
- Self-motivated with a track record of initiating action without oversight
- An interest in AI and emerging technology is a plus
