Position Overview: The Territory Manager, Eye Care is responsible for advancing eye health solutions across a defined region including Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and Allentown, PA. This role focuses on expanding market presence through professional engagement with eye care providers, delivering accurate, compliant medical information, and supporting improved patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, compliant messaging aligned with approved medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines
- Build and sustain productive relationships with key eye care professionals and clinical practices
- Develop and execute territory business plans to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Use CRM and business planning tools to track performance, customer insights, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to align field activities with strategic initiatives
- Provide feedback on market dynamics and customer needs to support organizational planning
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards in all interactions

Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales. Demonstrated expertise in medical terminology, disease states, and consultative selling techniques is essential. Applicants should reside within or near the territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is required. Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are mandatory. Prior experience in eye care is advantageous but not required.
Work Environment & Compensation
This is a field-based role requiring regular local travel and occasional overnight trips. The position offers competitive compensation, with salaries ranging from $100,000 to $162,000 based on experience level and qualifications.
