What You'll Do
Lead the implementation of promotional initiatives within assigned hospitals, working closely with your manager and marketing team to design and refine strategies that support market growth. Build trusted relationships with physicians and pharmacists to support informed decision-making around product use and drive appropriate adoption.
Conduct regular visits to medical facilities to share up-to-date, scientifically accurate information about pharmaceutical products and ensure healthcare providers have a clear understanding of their clinical applications. Monitor ongoing projects in key hospitals and contribute insights to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership to define performance goals and action plans that align with business priorities. Gather and analyze relevant business data to assess promotional effectiveness and guide future activities. Develop and manage promotional budgets in line with company guidelines, ensuring responsible allocation of resources.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with medical and pharmacy staff
- Proven experience in designing and executing hospital-level promotional plans
- Strong collaboration skills when working with managers and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and applying business data
- Experience managing budgets according to organizational policies
- Deep understanding of product-specific medical information and ability to serve as a resource internally
