As a Dealership Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Las Vegas automotive finance market. Working directly with dealership partners, you'll identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and support dealers in achieving their financial goals through tailored solutions.
What You'll Do
- Visit dealerships regularly across the territory to build trust, assess needs, and identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new accounts by prospecting and onboarding dealers, increasing network reach and market share.
- Provide ongoing support to current partners, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.
- Analyze local market trends to guide outreach strategies and improve performance.
- Promote brand presence through consistent, professional communication and engagement.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in auto finance or a related sector.
- Proven ability to manage relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver measurable results.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track interactions and manage pipelines.
- Must be comfortable maintaining a six-day work week with daily in-person visits to dealerships.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full coverage insurance are required.
- Residency within or near the Las Vegas area is mandatory.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
