What You'll Do
Drive sales performance by promoting cardiac implantable electronic devices within a defined territory, targeting both new and existing accounts. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and distribution networks to expand market reach and deepen product penetration.
Lead market development initiatives by identifying opportunities, assessing customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance clinical outcomes. Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and improve effectiveness.
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback on product performance and potential improvements to departments such as R&D, Marketing, and Operations. Support training and education efforts to ensure stakeholders fully understand product benefits and applications.
Manage complex accounts independently, delegating tasks when necessary and reviewing work to ensure alignment with business goals. Mentor junior sales personnel through coaching and knowledge sharing to strengthen overall team performance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a high school diploma with at least eight years of relevant experience, an associate’s degree with six years, or a bachelor’s degree with four years of experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision is essential. Experience in managing large accounts, applying sound judgment in decision-making, and influencing both internal and external stakeholders through negotiation and presentation skills is required.
