What You'll Do
Lead the promotion and sale of advanced medical solutions within a defined region, aiming to meet and surpass established sales goals. Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and distribution partners, to support long-term business growth.
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored product support to enhance clinical outcomes. Serve as a primary contact for account management, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong client retention.
Conduct ongoing market analysis to track customer behavior and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage. Implement and refine market development initiatives, contributing to broader sales planning and goal setting within the division.
Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams such as R&D, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring feedback on product performance and potential improvements is effectively shared. Promote product education and drive adoption through strategic engagement and training initiatives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of applicable experience
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus
