As a Senior Technical Sales Representative based in Wenzhou, you will lead sales initiatives for advanced medical technologies within your designated region. Your primary focus will be on expanding market presence by cultivating trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and distribution networks.
What You'll Do
Deliver consistent sales performance by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and aligning Medtronic's solutions to customer needs. Develop long-term engagement strategies with key stakeholders to strengthen market positioning and customer loyalty. Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to ensure optimal product utilization and clinical outcomes.
Lead educational outreach to promote understanding of product applications and benefits. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic planning. Provide actionable insights from the field to internal teams, including research and development, marketing, and operations, to guide product innovation and enhancements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience
- Proven background in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
