What You'll Do
As a Field Sales Associate, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for independent retail stores in the Sacramento area. Your focus will be on acquiring new accounts and deepening relationships with current clients by introducing them to a powerful sales platform designed to support independent retailers.
You’ll conduct in-person visits to local stores while also managing remote communication, using a mobile app to track and close sales. Your performance will be measured by weekly targets, and you’ll collaborate with leadership to refine strategies that increase sales volume over time.
Customer satisfaction is key—you’ll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product offerings, promotions, and incentives to help stores succeed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage retailers both in person and over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone with active data service

Compensation
Earn between $750 and over $3,000 weekly, based on performance. You’ll receive uncapped commissions on all sales exceeding your target, with payouts tied directly to your efforts and results.
Work Mode
This is a local position based in Sacramento. You’ll manage your own hours and territory, combining field work with remote selling to maximize efficiency and customer reach.
