What You'll Do
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, reaching out to prospects and responding to inbound leads to identify business opportunities. Conduct phone and video consultations to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and guide decisions with clarity and confidence.
Use CRM tools to log interactions, monitor deal progress, and assess performance metrics. Build trust by delivering consistent support throughout the customer journey, helping to strengthen long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven background in B2B, cold calling, or remote sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing leads and tracking outreach
- Track record of generating new business and closing deals independently
- Strong ability to listen, negotiate, and adapt messaging based on client needs
- Skilled in managing time effectively while working remotely
- Confident delivering persuasive presentations and handling objections
- Experience maintaining and growing client accounts over time
Preferred Qualifications
Background in marketing, business development, or inside sales roles is a bonus. Prior retail sales experience may support success but is not required.
