What You'll Do
Represent a leading technology platform by engaging directly with independent restaurants and small businesses in your assigned territory. You’ll identify new prospects, build lasting relationships, and guide local merchants through the full sales journey—from initial outreach to successful onboarding. Your focus will be on demonstrating value-driven solutions, including point-of-sale systems and integrated payment processing, tailored to each business’s needs.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by actively prospecting, conducting in-person visits, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients and contribute to long-term customer success.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in B2B sales, ideally serving small business owners, merchants, or restaurant operators
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills with experience developing a sales territory
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into practical business benefits
- Openness to feedback and a personal commitment to accountability and performance growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM tool
- Experience managing ongoing client relationships alongside internal support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Compensation
This role offers a $50,000 annual base salary with a total on-target earnings range of $120,000–$275,000, including commissions and performance incentives. Earnings include weekly payouts for new accounts, bonuses tied to hardware and implementation, monthly production rewards, and incentives for customer retention. RSUs are also included in the overall package.
Work Mode
This is a locally based position in Sacramento, CA, requiring regular in-person travel within the designated territory to meet with business owners and support on-site needs.
