About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding the customer base by identifying promising prospects and guiding them into the sales pipeline. You'll design and run outbound initiatives from concept to execution, refining strategies through testing and data analysis to maximize meeting quality and conversion rates.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and engage potential customers using targeted outreach strategies
  • Plan and manage end-to-end outbound campaigns, measuring impact and iterating for improvement
  • Explore and validate new lead generation channels to diversify pipeline sources
  • Collaborate with account executives and internal teams to align on goals and refine sales processes
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to connect with prospects
  • Develop deep familiarity with the product to communicate value clearly and confidently
  • Set monthly objectives with your manager and create actionable plans to meet them
  • Maintain consistent activity levels aligned with performance targets

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of sales experience, ideally in a technology-driven organization, with a history of strong performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting data to guide decisions
  • Proven ability to work independently and adapt quickly in evolving environments
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness when engaging with prospects
  • Resourceful problem-solver who thrives on creative challenges
