The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is hiring a Vice President, People & Culture. This is the senior-most Human Resources position, responsible for leading the People & Culture department within the People, Strategy & Administration division. You will collaborate with executive leadership to align human capital strategies with the Bank's transformation and strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Innovate and lead human capital management functions, ensuring alignment with Bank-wide goals and business unit objectives.
- Manage and inspire a 35-member team, fostering a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and professional conduct.
- Champion the development of the Bank’s future workforce, driving change through influence, collaboration, and inspiration.
- Promote an inclusive and engaging employee experience, contributing to the Bank’s strategic plans and culture.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 15 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in an executive HR role.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proven leadership in building high-performance cultures and driving strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience in managing multiple HR functions and HR technology.
- Demonstrated success in HR process transformation and change management.
- An inspirational people manager with a focus on coaching and development.
- Ability to develop effective partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
- Integrity, strong values, and commitment to ethical standards.
- A creative thinker passionate about implementing new ideas.
- Detail-oriented with high expectations for performance and accountability.

Team & Environment
You will lead the People & Culture department, a 35-member team within the People, Strategy & Administration division, and report directly to the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer.
Work Mode
This position is onsite in St. Louis, Missouri.
