As the HR Business Partner for the Nordic Cluster, you will align people strategies with business objectives across Finland, Sweden, and Denmark within the Grid Integration unit. Based in Vaasa, you'll act as a trusted advisor to management, delivering HR solutions that support organizational effectiveness while adhering to regional labor regulations and global policies.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to shape workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
- Drive talent development by identifying high-potential employees and strengthening leadership pipelines using established leadership frameworks
- Coach managers on performance improvement, team dynamics, and employee relations, ensuring consistent application of HR practices
- Support project execution through effective resourcing, working closely with talent acquisition and mobility teams
- Implement learning programs that build technical and leadership capabilities across teams
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR standards, maintaining strong relationships with employee representatives
- Leverage HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve workforce outcomes

Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner in a multinational or matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of Finnish labor law with practical knowledge of Swedish and Danish employment frameworks
- Ability to operate effectively at both local and cross-border levels, balancing global standards with regional nuances
- Strong coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English; local language proficiency is expected in respective countries
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach in a fast-moving operational context
