What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of localized marketing strategies tailored to Central Asian markets, with a primary emphasis on Azerbaijan. Design and manage demand and lead generation campaigns across the region, ensuring alignment with business goals and cultural context.
Evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics, adjusting tactics to improve outcomes. Support market research efforts during entry phases, ensuring all activities respect local customs, traditions, and business practices.
Oversee marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including participation in events and exhibitions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment. Guide project coordination and contribute to broader marketing objectives as needed.
Requirements
- University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing roles with demonstrated impact
- Native proficiency in both Azeri and Russian, with strong command of English
- Proven understanding of digital marketing channels and analytical tools
- Excellent organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with project management is a plus
