What You'll Do
Guide a team of Account Executives by setting clear expectations, delivering consistent coaching, and fostering professional development to maintain high performance. You'll play a key role in scaling sales success by refining processes, designing repeatable playbooks, and ensuring disciplined execution across the sales cycle.
Oversee pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and territory planning through regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Step in as a player-coach when needed to support critical deals and demonstrate effective selling techniques. Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and customer engagement by analyzing KPIs and adjusting strategies in real time.
Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and ensure smooth transitions between departments. Champion operational excellence by maintaining accurate CRM data, reliable reporting, and transparent forecasting. Your leadership will directly contribute to meeting and exceeding monthly and annual revenue goals for the mid-market segment.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing Account Executives in a B2B sales setting
- History of delivering on sales targets through team leadership and strategic execution
- Ability to guide sellers through complex sales cycles and long-term account planning
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and forecasts
- Skill in communicating intricate concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience creating scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operational routines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence teams across functions
- Fluency in both French and English
