What You'll Do
Partner with leadership to align human resources with strategic business objectives across a decentralized, international workforce. Guide workforce planning to ensure teams are properly staffed and roles are filled by individuals who meet performance expectations post-probation.
Champion employee engagement by cultivating a supportive culture that encourages ownership, long-term commitment, and professional growth. Implement and refine HR processes—from hiring through offboarding—to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Track and report on key HR metrics, including turnover, payroll efficiency, and employee satisfaction, to inform decision-making and improve organizational health. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and executives, ensuring HR practices meet both operational needs and cultural values.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years in an HR business partner or HR director role, preferably within fast-evolving or investment-backed environments
- Proven experience advising founders and senior executives
- Familiarity with stages of company growth from seed to expansion, including practical knowledge of cap tables
- Track record in managing full-cycle talent processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning
- Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation & benefits and HR metrics
- Experience supporting multiple business units or entities, such as portfolio companies
- Exceptional project management abilities and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving settings
- Fluency in both Russian and English required
