What You'll Do
Shape the human resources direction for a core business unit operating across international markets, supporting fully remote, multicultural teams. You will ensure that staffing levels meet operational demands, with a focus on retaining high-performing employees who have successfully transitioned beyond initial probation periods. Drive initiatives that enhance workforce productivity and alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance management and offboarding—ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency. Establish clear metrics to evaluate HR service quality from the perspective of both managers and team members, and use data to refine processes.
Champion employee engagement by fostering a culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow into new roles. Promote long-term retention through meaningful development paths and responsive support systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years in an HR business partner or HR director role within an international digital, IT, or product-driven organization
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, succession planning, and termination
- Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover rates, and engagement metrics, with demonstrated impact using data and analytics
- Strong background in compensation & benefits and HR analytics
- Motivated by personal growth, innovation, and results rather than routine or material rewards
- Resilient under pressure, capable of delivering outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Highly organized with advanced project management capabilities and a focus on measurable outcomes
- Fluent in both Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
